I haven't received mytaxes, I sent in a paper to audit team however they confirmed irs is still processing my return since 2/27 and they would put my case on hold. THEN td i was just debited $130 when the payment was to come out of myreturn, I paid additional for it. Sorry nice my case was on hold I also assumed you'd do the right thing for someone who's been a customer for many years. Either return my $130 and allow me to mail in check once funds are available or refund me the pay out of taxes amount of $40 as you did not honor your side. This will be the last time I ever use this service if someone doesn't fix this, I refer many ppl without credit every year to use this but if you're going to treat ppl like this I no longer see the benefit of using TurboTax.

These guys did me the same you would think that they would put covid-19 in perspective but I guess not... Turbo tax better did this or I'm doing the same thing

Apologies on the issue. When you agreed to the Turbo Tax fees to come out of your refund, in the agreement itself, it does state that if your refund is delayed for any reason while its in the possession of the IRS that you agree to have Turbo Tax fees deducted from your account itself. It is always best to read agreements and not just check the boxes stating you agree.

This response from turbo tax does not help their customers. How were we supposed to know the IRS would be back logged so much that we are waiting months for our returns?! I'm also supposed to be charged this month for services, and I still have not received my tax return, and do NOT have the money to pay turbo tax right now because I have not received my return! But turbo tax is going to auto draw my account and put me in the negative anyways. People are hurting for money right now and we're getting the short end of the stick because the IRS is behind?! This is unbelievable that turbo tax cannot make exceptions for the extreme circumstances we are under waiting for our returns!
