I get this message when i try to complete my filing, I am filing from the UK, what should i do. I tried clearing cookies and starting from a Private window too.

Please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service:  Turbo Tax Customer Service

No, this still hasn't worked, I have tried to pay for the TurboTax Online Expert Assist Basic 2025 at $59, but it wont accept my UK credit card details. I do not have a United States address.

 

I tried phoning the number that you sent me, but no help there.

 

I really need to get this filed.
