Pay with my refund

I have selected pay with my refund and the system is still trying to pay with my card Why?

It depends.  To clarify, is the refund amount less than the cost of the Turbo Tax program?

    No that not the reason refund way higher then the service amount. So why is it trying pay with my card if it gave me the option to pay with my refund? why is it trying charge my card?

    There is no charge to pay with your card.

    There is a  $ 40 charge to pay from your refund.
