How do I view past tax returns? It's asking for my TP state refund from last year but I can't find anything about my past tax files

If you used TurboTax Online to prepare and file your prior year tax returns, you can access them by following the steps in this TurboTax help article: How do I access a prior-year return?

If you do not see your prior year's tax return data, it might be in a different TurboTax account. You can check to see if you have multiple accounts by following the steps in the below TurboTax help article.

How many Intuit accounts do I have with TurboTax?

If you used TurboTax CD/Download software to complete and file your returns, then TurboTax would not have a copy as your tax return would be stored locally on your computer or storage device. To locate your tax data file on your computer, please see the below help articles depending on your operating system.

I found it but those instructions aren't very clear. it says "continue through your prior year summary" but I did not see that. instead, on the main page where I begin/resuming filing my taxes, down at the bottom there's a folder that says "Your tax returns & documents" and it's in there

I put in the amount but it keeps saying it needs review. There's a form that has a line labeled "

Taxable refunds, credits, offsets
of state and local income taxes". I put in the number on that line but it keeps saying it needs review. Should i ignore it or is that incorrect?
