Partnership interest transferred to another Partnership

I have a K1 that was marked final because my interest was transferred to another partnership held by the same company. When I get to the section that asks me describe partnership disposal do I check "no entry" or "disposition was not via a sale"?  It seems both accomplish the same thing? My interest was transferred and the amount transferred was the exact amount to bring my ending basis to $0 in the partnership that was marked final.

you should have been provided with information as to whether the merger/consolidation was taxable or not. 

what's shown on the K-1 may not represent the tax consequences of the "transfer"
