Parents dont have form 1040

It asks to enter my parent's taxable income form form 1040 but they only have W-2s . what do I enter?

If they filed a return it was a 1040.  They had to enter their W2s into the 1040 tax return.

Form 1040 is the tax return that they file with the IRS.
