Paid my taxes but did not filed?
So Last year I filled my taxes with an agent but he did not e-file it; not knowing that I did not mail it either. So now it shows I did not fill it.
But i did pay what I owed.
So now Am i supposed to fill my tax of last year again and pay penalty ? even though I paid what I owed but paperwork didn't go through?

It is likely that you will have to pay a Failure to File Penalty.
"The failure-to-file penalty is usually five percent of the tax owed for each month, or part of a month that your return is late, up to a maximum of 25%. If your return is over 60 days late, there's also a minimum penalty for late filing; it's the lesser of $435 (for tax returns required to be filed in 2020) or 100 percent of the tax owed".
