PA State Taxes Question

I eFiled my PA taxes and I owe them. money. I will mail them a check, but I need to know what documents I need to send with my return, other than the PA-40 V and the copies of my 1099-R (I have two).

When you eFile and pay by check, you only need to mail the PA-40 V voucher with your payment.
