Owe $4500 on 1099-DIV for investments. Live in NJ, work non-resident in PA

So, since I pay NJ state tax on this investment, I owe PA nothing for this because that would be double taxed?

Do I have that right?

Owe $4500 on 1099-DIV for investments. Live in NJ, work non-resident in PA

Since you live in NJ but work in PA you would only pay tax on what you earn in PA. You would not pay PA tax on your $4500 investment.
