Overseas filer gets: "We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address and try again." But US billing address is right

The TurboTax fees must be paid with a U. S. billing address. If you do have a U. S. billing address on your credit card.  Here is the way to get that credit card to go through.

1.Go to the PERSONAL INFORMATION section.

2.Change the billing address to the U. S. billing address.(the same as the bank has).

3.After paying with that credit card(making sure the charge went through).

4.Go back PERSONAL INFORMATION (change the billing address to the foreign address)

5.The credit card should go through and the PERSONAL INFORMATION will have the foreign address.
