OR-ASC Line 158

Turbo Tax put my Exempt Interest Dividends (Line 12) on my 1099-DIV into my Oregon Tax return on OR ASC code 158 which is interest on government bods from other states. Why would it do that? How would it know where the interest came from. TT has not done this in past years.
