Option to deduct taxes due directly from bank account

Hello,

I have minor family member that is filing for first time as he received 1099R distribution and is required to file by mail. Turbo Tax does not give option to enter bank information to have payment directly deducted from bank account. 

Is it a requirement to send check payment in this situation or is there something else I need to do in Turbo Tax to enter bank account information.
