You are trying to figure which child made the mistake? In the rejection message there is "01" "02" 03" etc --compare that to the order of the dependent's names on your Form 1040 to find your most likely suspect. Or----ASK them and look at their tax returns to see which one did not mark that they could be claimed as a dependent. This is a very common mistake made by teenagers and college students who lack experience in preparing tax returns. The child who made the mistake will need to amend and change the way they answered the question in MY INFO that asks if they can be claimed as someone else's dependent.
Meanwhile you have two options to file your return with all of the dependents ----print, sign, and mail your own return. Or get IP PIN's for all of them and try to e-file again. You do not have to wait for the child to amend.
GET IP pin in order to e-file if your dependent’s SSN was claimed on another return
