On Turbotax is says my Federal Return was accepted on 5/11/2021. However when I go on the IRS it says: "Your 2020 Tax Return Is Not Processed The due date has passed."

Not sure why IRS says they haven't received it I owe some money.

Not sure where you are looking on the IRS site.   If you are not getting a refund then nothing is going to show up on the Where's My Refund site.   That site only shows information for returns for which there will be a refund.  If you owe tax due ---you should have paid it by May 17.

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.

Due to staffing limitations returns with balance dues on them have once again been put on the "back burner" while all the efforts have been put to processing returns with refunds, recalculating returns for the tax law changes, issuing  stimulus payments and getting ready for the upcoming CTC advance payments.

If you had a balance due and you have successfully paid it then you can check your account/return transcripts to see when it finally posts after being processed :  https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
