For the GA State Tax Retirement Income Exclusion, are the following included as retirement income for the exclusion?
1.) Distributions from Traditional IRA’s, and is the full distribution restricted to the IRA owner or can it be shared 50% to each spouse?
2.) Conversions from Traditional to Roth IRA’s, since the distribution is distributed and taxed in the conversion?
Any other tips on "retirement income" types that qualify (beyond the bulleted list on the GA DOR site)?

The Georgia Retirement Income Exclusion includes distributions from Traditional IRAs and Roth conversions.
Taxpayers who are 62 or older, or permanently and totally disabled regardless of age, may be eligible for a retirement income adjustment on their Georgia tax return. Retirement income includes:
The exclusion is computed separately and is up to $35,000 per taxpayer age 62 to 64 or less than 62 and permanently disabled and up to $65,000 if the taxpayer is 65 or older.
For married couples filing joint returns with both members receiving retirement income, the maximum adjustment for that year may be up to twice the individual exclusion amount. Retirement income exceeding the maximum adjustable amount will be taxed at the normal rate.

The taxable distribution from the IRA can only be assigned to the owner of the IRA.
On the Georgia Department of Revenue site, nowhere does it indicate "The Georgia Retirement Income Exclusion includes distributions from Traditional IRAs and Roth conversions."
I don't believe the exclusion applies towards IRA withdrawals.

@deadeyed The Georgia Retirement Income Exclusion includes taxable IRA withdrawals.
Look at Georgia Form 500 Schedule 1 page 2 on Line 11. Taxable IRA Distributions
I have the same question but for "1099-SA - HSA distribution" (65+ NOT used for medical)
Nobody has yet to give me a definitive answer...
Does "1099-SA - HSA" distribution (age 65+, not used for medical) fall under the GA State Tax Retirement Income Exclusion ?
If you can confirm, please direct me to the source.

HSA distribution is not excluded under the Georgia Retirement Income Exclusion.
Go to this Georgia website for types income that is excluded - https://dor.georgia.gov/retirement-income-exclusion
Thanks for that @DoninGA . I also don't believe it is excludable retirement income in GA.
However, the documentation is still poorly written. Ths site you pointed me to also does not list IRA Distribution either, BUT..
Georgia Form 500 Schedule 1 page 2 on Line 11. ---> "Taxable IRA Distributions"
IRA distribution is on the form as excludable, but NOT listed on the DOR site.
Per the site, NEITHER is excludable.
Baffling execution of documentation by GA DOR.
