On overpayment they ask if I want to apply it to my 2021 taxes what does this mean

This message indicates that you are due a refund on your federal tax return.  You have the option of receiving your refund now, or applying it to your 2021 taxes due.  If you wish to get your refund now, you'd answer "No" to this question.

Refresh your browser and clear out your cookies. If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser's cache. Then try logging out and logging back into TurboTax. You can also try using a different browser.
