On my W2, Box 1 is 0

Then why did you get it?  What boxes have amounts?  Is this a second W2 from the same employer?

It is possible.   Did you received third party sick pay,  and a code J in box 12?    If you have zero in box 1, don't enter this into TurboTax, because you won't be able to e-file your return with this type of W-2.

If this isn't your situation, you should contact the employer to find out what this W-2 represents.

What dollar amounts are in all the other boxes? Some employers issue a second W-2 to report only Box 12 amounts that exceed the four allowed.
