You should contact the casino where you won and request a corrected W-2G form to include the payer’s state identification number in Box 13.

You should contact the casino where you won and request a corrected W-2G form to include the payer’s state identification number in Box 13.

It's the same as the Federal ID number. I just called the CA lottery.

What is the EIN for the California State Lottery? And the address if you have it?
