On "Consent to e-file your Massachusetts tax return" when I click Continue it goes back to my SSN and my spouse's SSN it says they do not match. What's wrong?

What I type in are exactly the same as the numbers beneath the typing place.

If you are typing the SS# with dashes in it don't add the dashes.
