On 2 of my W-2's there is 0.00 federal income tax withheld, and one of them also has 0.00 state income tax. Why? and is this why I'm having to pay so much?

Why?  Youd need to ask your employer why no taxes were withheld.   Maybe you claimed too many allowances on the W4 you turned into your employer.  Maybe your paychecks were too small to require withholding, which can happen if you work small parttime jobs.

If no federal or state taxes were withheld on your W2 wages, then yes, that will contribute to having taxes due on the tax return.
