For those who verified did you have to have each x2 from 2017? One lady in a group said you do and I shredded mine after my refund last year. My tax returns only show the whole income earned and whole fed tax paid. It doesn’t show it broke up

One lady told me a letter went out 2/7 and when I called today she said she don’t know why I was told that because it was just sent out yesterday..smh... she said she was sorry... she was very compassionate...but to wait on the letter and verify... the questions she asked I passed...but still I got to verify smh again.. I’ll just wait for letter and verify... the devil is busy.. just trust in God it will all be fine... Trust

Ok you need some info from 2017 like address a job how much u made and was deducted I couldn't remember so made up an number and amount withheld and I was verified need your direct deposit info for this year mothers maiden name fathers name place of birth etc its quick and painless so have 2017 and 2018 including just like 3 questions was asked.off 2018 I just got off the phone to verify

The longest part is trying to reach them and on hold while he inputs everything and said it can take up to 9 weeks to recieve the refund

Mjohnston8816 I guess I lost my refund then. I don’t have my w2s from 2017 and tour I tax only shows the entire amount of income and total amount of fed paid in. They don’t break it down and I can’t seem to get a live person at turbo tax

Can you login to get IRS transcript online? That's one way of getting your info, you may have to call to get them mailed to you if you cannot create an online account to get it immediately.

You didnt lose em just make sure you know the job on your 2017 tax return.the amount can be made.up just again let them know u dont have your w2

And they told.me.my letter was sent out Feb 4 and when the letter came in it wasnt even printed up.until Feb 15th
