Yes as a rideshare driver I did not receive 1099 on all my gigs and I’m trying to file but it won’t let me move on without the EINs, shoukd I just remove these from my income list???

You should Continue until you get to Do you have any other 1099-MISC to enter?  NO then you should see a list with your entries and can delete them there. Comment again if this does not work.

I entered them all and I’m at the end where it says review items and it keeps asking for EINs so I don’t know how to go back and remove these jobs? Thanks

Also at the end will it give me option to claim mileage or expenses because all I saw was no return

Go to the list on the left side of the page, click on Federal, it should open to Income and Expenses, then edit self employment income

Yes, you will enter Car and other expenses after all of the income is entered.
