Sorry I did not understand. TurboTax is programmed to do the bigger deduction, so if you want to see if the actual expenses is more, you can go back to the car info and look for a question "Do you want to see if your actual expenses are more?"

Oo ok so it probably did do my car and phone but I just feel like it’s not right I’m not sure but I def don’t want to get in trouble, my info from my quickbooks transferred over, I was told to put in car and phone and gas so I guess my question is if turbo tax automatically does it will it not come back on me later??? Because says I grossed like $7000 and wrote off $9359 is this right

Yes, as long as you entered the correct amount TurboTax will only choose the more beneficial. Yes, it's not usual for self employment to have losses for the first few years. If you are using QuickBooks (and keep up with the entries) you will have good records, just remember to keep any receipts too.

Is there anyway I can go back and just do mileage because I feel like it gave to much in write offs I’m not sure, because since I use both cars and car Ins and phone I put all that in quickbooks, or is this all ok, I’m sorry for all the questions but I don’t want IRS issues

You will do the adjustment in TurboTax, because you have to indicate that you want the Standard Mileage deduction because the actual expenses are higher

Well, if you already filed you would have to amend for the change.

You will want to remove the income that you did not actually receive a 1099-MISC for from the list. You will enter it as Income not reported on a 1099. You can add them together and enter the total, but keep the list with your tax records.
