Ohio Taxes Excess health care Expenses

There is an amount beside Unreibursed Long Term Care Premiums, Unsubsidized Health Care Insurance Premiums, and Excess Health Care Expenses.     The total does not match my Federal Form Medical entries, so wondering how this amount is figured?   I don't think I have any of the above mentioned premiums except excess health care expenses.    How does TT get this number?  Thank you

TurboTax follows state guidelines. OH Medical and Health Care gives the full details and has downloadable worksheets for use. We can't see your return to know what other factors may be involved. OH follows the federal in allowing expenses that exceed 7.5% of your income.
