Office Sublet on Schedule E?

Hello, there seems to be divided answers as to whether an office sublet would go on Schedule E or Schedule C.  What's your perspective?

 

Additionally, if it's appropriate on Schedule E, what should I list for percent ownership?  Technically I do not own the office, but I assume that is not what's meant here.
