NYs does not notify TT, so call the number on the notice...

I received a dtf-160 showing refund allowed $0.00 but was already refunded $999.00. Why did I get this?

<P>NYS DTF-160 shows total amount due $3,427 and total payments and refundable credits $4,426. I received a $999 refund in February. Today I received Dtf-160 saying refund allowed $0.00. I do not understand, do I owe more?</P>

If email from intuit Friday evening saying my refund came earlier, showing me deducted fees. Does this mean TT bank have it? My Old bank closed, new bank info added.
