What choice do you chose for ny pfl dropdown on w2 form

NY paid family leave is a program similar to state disability insurance.  This tax is federally deductible (though with tax reform changes it will be harder to see a tax benefit).  You should choose "Other mandatory deductible state or local tax not on above list" - see screenshot below.

I choose this option but now turbo tax is not allowing me to efile my New York state return.  It states that because I chose this, I will have to mail my return.
