numerous pages come up blank

when trying to enter SSA-1099, Medical payments, Other business expenses the button in the step by step guide says update but then goes to a blank page.  sometimes i can open the associated form and enter the data there but sometimes like with the SSA-1099 it doesn't even give the option to open the form.  Cannot proceed from there.

Try This:

Save your tax return.  Close the TurboTax program

Right click on the TurboTax icon on your display

Click on Properties

Click on the Compatibility tab

Check the box Run the program as an administrator

Click on Apply and OK

Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem persists
