Numbers on 1099-r dont match turbo tax

I only have info in numbers 4, 7,8 and 9 on 1099R. why aren't they like your form

Do not enter your 1099R as a W-2.

To enter your retirement income, go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security to enter your 1099R.

I received an email from turbotax@em2.intuit.com saying I needed to double check box 12 imported info. How do I go about this? How do I know if I must amend my return?
