My bank refused payment on my state tax because the amount was submitted for payment before the transfer completed. How do I get the funds to the state now?

When payment for state taxes was presented to my bank, the payment was refused because it was presented before the transfer of funds was completed. Since I filed through TurboTax, how do I get these funds to the state?
