Not accepting payment

I am trying to buy Turbo Tax basic desktop edition to do my taxes, but it when i get to the page where you input credit card and billing info after I put it all in it does not go through and says "Oops! It Looks like we hit a snag. Please try again."

 

Any idea why it is doing this?

You could try logging out of the program, and clearing your cache and cookies. ‌Please click here for instructions on how to clear your cache. Please click here for instructions on clearing your cookies.

 

You may also try using another internet browser.

 

Also, make sure that all updates have been run for your TurboTax program.

I have tried all of the troubleshooting methods you have provided and none of them have worked. I would like to buy the basic Turbotax for my desktop. Do you have any other ideas why it is saying there is a snag?
