Not able to re-download my state software on new computer

Hello,

The computer I was filing my taxes on suddenly died. I was able to re-import the 2020 file onto a new computer, but I am unable to download one of the two states need to continue work.

I have the order confirmation email from turbotax but when I click on the "view downloads" link I do not see it under my account.

Any assistance to get that download back onto my account would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem now.  Is there any solution. I can't reach anyone on the phone
