No, your federal tax return and your state return will not be combined on one check, since the two tax returns are processed separately by two different government agencies.

Once you have e-filed your state and federal tax returns, and they have been accepted, you can track your refunds using the resources listed below:

To track your federal tax refund, you can use the IRS' "Where's my refund" tool here:  https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

To track your state tax refund follow the steps in the TurboTax FAQ below:
