Do I have to send 1040 worksheet and schedule 1 through 6 with my return, if I am filing paper return?

No, you only need to include the 1040 (not the worksheet) and any schedules that have entries on them.  Most will be blank.  Be sure to sign your 1040 before putting it in the envelope.  

If you have chosen to File by Mail, TurboTax will print out a detailed instructions list that tells you everything you need to include and the address(es) that your documents need to be mailed to.
