No option to start filing 2021 taxes

When I log into turbo tax to start filing it ask me about life changes, i select the life changes then it takes me to previous years return documents with no option to proceed. Can someone help?

It appears there is an issue with TurboTax Online at the moment.

Yes, but I am reasonably certain the issue will be completely resolved sometime tomorrow.
