No live expert please

Need assistance. When I try to logging in my turbo tax app and or in my computer my account automatically opens to file my taxes with a live expert and makes me choose and expert available at the moment. How do I remove that. I want to file my own taxes. I’m not interested in a live expert at the moment. Please help
