Already filed my federal but I'm still waiting on tax forms to file for Louisiana? Will this delay my tax return?

I already filed my federal and waiting on forms for Louisiana state Will I get my federal first or will I have to wait til everything is in to receive my refund

No it will not delay your federal refund. The IRS and the states are two separate tax agencies, so the federal refund is not dependent on your state being filed at the same time.
