No, it does not get reported on your tax return. This form must be reported on your dependent's tax return if the dependent is required to file.
If the Form 1099-MISC is $400 or more then your dependent is required to file a tax return even if there is no other income. This is considered self employment if the amount is in box 7, nonemployee compensation. Self employment tax will begin at this amount.
View the image attached for "other situations" when a return is required to be filed.
On the dependent's return be sure to select they are being claimed by someone else.
