I have an email that says I will get TurbotTax by Nov 27, 2019. However, I don't think I ever got it.
The email doesn't have an order # so I cannot trace the order at https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads/myaccounts?route=MYACCOUNTS&cgcview=orderlook...
I cannot download the software instead since I don't have the product key since I don't have the product.
What am I supposed to do now?
To find your download and your product key take the following steps
- Go to TurboTax.com
- Click on Products and Pricing
- At the bottom click Access My Downloads
- sign into your account and you will see your current year and previous year downloads
If you do not see them, this generally means you have more than one account. If so, you can use the account recovery to find the other accounts. Forgot your TurboTax Online User ID or password? - Community
I received an email in November as well and do not have a CD. I do not see my previous downloads on my account. I would prefer a CD.
If I call again will I get a live person to make that request?
