New York State return was rejected. review box 14 on w2. How do i fix ths?

You can fix this by following these steps:

1. Login in to your Turbo Tax account
2. Click on "Take me to my return"
3. Click on the Federal tab on the left 
4. Under "Your Income" click edit next to the W-2
5. Scroll down to Box 14 and enter in the items from your W-2 
6. Enter the Amount
7. Click on the down arrow under "Category" 
8. Choose one of the choices listed there.  Pay attention to the items in the drop down list that have NY in front of them. Check your W-2 and choose the category that is shown on Box 14.
9. Press continue
