New York pension exclusion

Anyone else notice that after a sofware update the radiobutton choice for New York State and Local retirement systems is totally gone from the list under Where is This Distribution From? Mine is check as US Government.

I filed my taxes yesterday, and my Federal was accepted very quickly, but I got an email from Turbo tax that my NY State return was rejected, and under reason why, it is blank. When I went into Turbotax to fix it, it also shows a blank for the reason why it was rejected and and a blank under what to do to fix it. I went back to the Where is this distribution from, and changed it from US Government, to Certain Public Authorities. It doesn't change the amount of my refund. I resubmitted the e-file, and now my NY State return is still pending over 12 hours later. I hope it isn't going to get rejected again.
