New loan in existing bank account not adding

I have a new loan in an existing account but that loan is not showing up with all the existing savings, checking, and loans that were original to the account. I tried refreshing the account in settings but that just updates the existing lines and doesn't pull in the new loan. How do I get Mint to recognize the new loan and add it to that existing banks account?
