How odd--since there is always an email if your return is rejected. and the email will have the rejection code or a rejection message. How do you know it was rejected, then? Did you check your spam folder?
You cannot e-file now. Your return must be printed, signed and mailed.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
Don't tell me there is ALWAYS the email. I NEVER RECEIVED such email, so "always" is a LIE.

Emails are sent to the email address TurboTax has on file. An email account may put the TurboTax email in the spam or junk mail folder.
See this TurboTax support FAQ to update a TurboTax account - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/account-updates/help/how-do-i-update-my-turbotax-account-informati...
1. Turbotax HAS my correct email address.
2. I check ALL email (including spam) daily. THERE WAS NO SUCH EMAIL!
Found out today that efile was rejected because last year's AGI was not included. That info was ALREADY in TurboTax from last year. WHY was the info not included where required. Will TT pay any resulting penalty?

If no taxes are owed or the return has a tax refund then there are no penalties for filing after the due date.
If the IRS rejected the tax return for the 2020 AGI, enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.
TurboTax has 100% Accurate Calculation Guarantee which would pay any penalties and interest imposed due to a TurboTax calculation error. This does not include any failure to pay or failure to file penalties.
