Do you mean you have online TurboTax Live and need to contact the "Live" help? We cannot tell from your post if you are posting from "Live."

If you are using online Live, you can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time.
