Need help in completing 2020 returns, program indicates that I completed forms.

This is mainly a user community forum.     The current tax year being prepared is 2019.

You may need to explain more.   Does TurboTax incorrectly think you were finished with your 2019 return?   What status is displayed at the Tax Home page when you log in?    Did you actually efile and clicked to transmit the return to the IRS, or does TurboTax just incorrectly thinks you were finished?

If you were working on your 2019 return in Online TurboTax, and now when you log in, it says you were finished/filed, but you haven't actually efiled or mailed the return, you can open your unfiled return back up to keep working on it.  Again, what is shown for the "status?"

If it hasn't been efiled or mailed, then to open an unfiled back up, at the Tax Home page click on "Add a State".  That doesn't really add one, but will open the return back up so you can keep working on it.
