NEED TO PRINT AND FILE BUT CANT AND TURBO TAX ONLY GIVES E FILING INSTRUCTION PAGEW AND IO WANT TO FILE BY MAIL

Please help me save and print my 2024 desktop taxes, i want to mail in my taxes but tt only gives efileing instructions. on top of that i cant seem to open the saved pdf or print unless i send the file to myself in email. wtf? is there a phone number to call to talk to someone live, i paid for everything and am not getting the warm fuzzies out of this problem
