Need to get into old tax forms and my husband always filed for us, he is now passed. Can't get into acct. I apparently can't verify I'm me without info from then/there

I can get into my old turbo tax acct but not his I don't have any paper returns from then. I've literally been waiting since August 2021 for this check that they apparently can't verified I'm me. They sent it already but by the time I went to the bank they couldn't do anything because his name was also on it as well as mine and it's just my acct. It's been crazy. Have to get this sorted ASAP.
