Need to file a form 8903 ,none is available. How can I get it?

Once more we get ripped off by TurboTax crippling the Deluxe edition.  One would have thought they had learned their lesson with the mutiny a couple of years ago.  I don't mind the lack of guided instruction, but I violently object to being forced to pay an additional $40 for access to a form that I've used within TurboTax for over 25 years.

That is absolutely untrue. I have been filing an 8903 for at least the last 10 years from the Deluxe edition.

@Jim Karam - You are absolutely correct.   This is what happens when one ASSumes the TurboTax support FAQ is correct for all prior tax years.  Apologies...The Form 8903 was available in prior tax years but was removed for tax year 2018 in the personal editions of TurboTax.
Why it was removed can only be answered by TurboTax support.

It was removed because Turbo Tax assumed The domestic Production activities deduction wouldnot be available  because of the new tax law. but coops with fiscal years starting before 2018 and ending in 2018 were able to pass through the deduction before the end of their fiscal year on to their Patrons in 1099-PATR. there many thousands of dollars of deductions that need the 8903. TurboTax needs to fix this ASAP

Thank you townfarmer2.  TT Deluxe and Home and Business versions actually give instructions on how to enter this deduction, but the form isn't in either version.  We would have to buy the very expensive Business version (if the needed form is actually in the Business version).

I'm guessing that if I file my return without form 8903, the IRS will catch this mistake, and that will slow down their processing of my return.

If you're using TurboTax Desktop, Form 8903 is accessible in TurboTax Desktop, Forms Mode.

Go to Forms Mode.Click on "Open Form"Type "8903" + Enter.
Click Once on "Form 8903: Domestic Production Activities Deduction."
Click Open Form - Scroll down to Line 23 and Enter an Amount and press Enter.
This will now populate Form 8903 in Forms Mode.
The 1040 wks Line 36, Line H above it should now have "Form 8903" followed by it's dollar value.
Since Form 8903 falls under Schedule 1, Schedule 1, Line 36 should now also report "Form 8903"
Form 1040, Line 7 should reflect Form 8903 calculation as well.

You are a beneficiary of an estate or trust and the estate or trust has a tax year that began before January 1, 2018,

You are a patron of an agricultural or horticultural cooperative with a tax year that began before January 1, 2018.
