need to download turbotax premier 2024 that I have already purchased. I can't access my account where my downloads generally are found.

I have the 2024 turbo tax purchased and saved in my account so I can download them when needed.  I can't find my account today.  when I log in I am directed to file on-line which is NOT what I am doing.  How do I access my intuit account so I can retrieve my purchased software?  Thanks.  Brenda
