Need help accessing my old tax returns from my old TurboTax account.

I am trying to access my old tax return documents. I've filed my taxes through turbo tax since 2014 however I only see my tax returns from 2018 onwards.

I seem to have two TurboTax accounts under my email. The last time the older one was accessed was in 2017. I'm trying to enter that account however I can't seem to access it. It says it's password protected but my password for it isn't working (I've tried both the old and new passwords and I use a password manager so I know I had the correct password).

There doesn't seem to be a working flow to reset password for that specific account as well. I'm not sure how to resolve this. Any help is appreciated.

The IRS and TurboTax save returns for seven years.  The returns that are older than seven years ago are gone.    You might still be able to get a transcript of an older tax return from the IRS but it will not look like the tax return.
